Q: What is your process for buying my house?

A: The process is very simple. You can either fill out the fast offer form or give us a call to give us information about the house you want to sell. If the house is one that would fit our investment criteria we will schedule to see the house. When we meet you at the house we walk through and look at what repairs or other changes are necessary. Using this information, we can usually make you an offer on the spot. If we come to an agreement on a price, we will write up the paperwork. You are under no obligation to sign the offer. But if you agree to the offer, once signed we open escrow and we can close in a little as 7 days. You receive your money for the house at the closing and you're done!

Q: Do you buy a house that needs a lot of repairs?

A: Yes. The majority of the houses we buy need repairs so you don’t need to spend any time or money of fixing any issue with the property. We can handle any level of repairs and we actually prefer buying property that the can improve upon.

Q: Do you buy houses that don’t need repairs?

A: Yes.


Q: How long does it take to get an offer ?

A: After touring the property, we can make you an offer on the spot. We highly prefer to tour a property prior to making an offer. However, we understand that sometimes a property tour is not possible. In this case, it generally takes us up to 12 hrs to submit an offer to you.

Q: How long does it take to sell my house and get the money?

A: If absolutely necessary, we can close in as fast as 5 days. Typically, we prefer to have at least 2-3 weeks to wrap up a transaction, but are willing to set it to be whenever is convenient for you. So whether you want to close within a week or a month, we can usually accommodate it.

Q: Are there any fees if I sell my house to you?

A: No, we do not charge you any fees to buy your house We make our money with the investment and do not need to make any by charging you a commission or any other fee.

Q: Do I have to remove all personal items and clean the house for you?

A: Nope. You can leave anything you want behind and there is no need for you to clean the house or the yard.

Q: If I want an offer from you, am I obligated to accept your offer?

A: Absolutely not. You have nothing to lose. It doesn't hurt to see what we can offer you for your house. So why not give us a call?


Q: Will you buy my property even if a tenant is living there?

A: Yes. this is not a problem.


Q: Why should I sell my house to you?

A: Biggest reason is that we perform. If you agree to sell to us, you can be confident that the transaction will close. We have never broken an agreement or failed to close on a transaction once we are under contract. Also, we will pay your excise tax as well as your escrow fees.
